-You don't have to have a PayPal account to order from SKS, but you do have to use PayPal. Sorry, dem's da rules.

-Handbags are made to order - they aren't pre-made. Turnaround time is generally TWO WEEKS (that's 10-14 business days), unless I'm ridiculously swamped (known to happen), or fabric is on backorder, or my house burns down or something.

-Jewelry and buttons are generally shipped in 2-3 business days. Most of the time, these items ARE premade, but not always.

-Please don't email me a million times asking me when your item will be shipped, or how long it will take to get there, or what method I use to ship. It takes up time I could be using to process your order - all the answers are here on this page.

-All items are shipped USPS with insurance. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number the day your item is shipped.

-International items will be shipped via USPS, AirMail or Global Priority (depends on the weight).

-International buyers purchase items in the same manner as US customers: Put your item(s) in the shopping cart, and follow checkout procedures!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WITH AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS, OR THOSE THAT PAY WITH PROPAY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN AUTHORIZATION FORM BEFORE THEIR ORDER IS PROCESSED. THIS IS TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS THROUGH PAYPAL OR PROPAY.
